Walnut and Basil Pastry


3 thin sheets of dough,
1 bunch basil,
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp thyme
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 handful of walnuts
100 gr. vegan walnut cheese


1. Place a greasy paper under the bottom of pyrex and pick up a sheet of dough, place it.

2. Soak the dough until there is no wet space with soy milk. Sprinkle veggie walnut cheese evenly. Distribute the walnuts in small pieces and spread them on the cheese.

3. Add one more layer and sprinkle it with soy milk again.

4. Place tomatoes, thyme, basil, 1 tbsp tomato paste and water in a food processor and stir on high.  Add enough water to make it a lightly aqueous sauce. Tomato sauce is ready to pour!

5. Take sauce into a bowl and add to olive oil and pour it on the dough with a spoon distribute it with the help of a brush. Spread a layer of sheet on it, soak it in soy milk and sprinkle it with tomato sauce. Add walnut cheese riche and broken walnut to this layer.

6. Place one more sheet again and spread until there is no more wet space with soy milk and pour the sauce.

7. Sprinkle the last remaining piece of dough over the soy milk and sprinkle sesame seeds.

8. You can cook it in a 200 degree oven until you get enough of it.

9. Serve with fried walnuts and fresh basil cut into square pieces.
