Ginger Lemonade


70 gr ginger, peeled and chopped,
250 ml lemon juice
1 lt water
A pinch of fresh mint
3 tbsp agave syrup
1 medium green apple
1 lemon peel


1. Place the ginger, lemon peel and apple in a blender.

2. Add lemon juice, fresh mint, agave syrup and mix until smooth.

3. Add water and mix well.

4. Strain the lemonade with a cheesecloth.

5. Garnish with fresh mint.

6. Serve in glass filled with ice.
