Houmous with Chickpea Meal


1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup tahini
4 tbsp olive oil
A handful of onion chives
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1 medium lemon juice
1 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 dsp garlic powder
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp cutted sweet pickle
1 cup hot water


1. Stir the chickpeas flour on medium heat until it turned reddish brown.

2. Add 1 cup hot water and whisk until smooth. Wait 5 minutes.

3. Add olive oil, tahini and stir.

4. Pour all ingredients in to houmous bowl and mix until smooth.

5. Decorate with olive oil, paprika, parsley, onion chives or capers, mint.. ( how you desired. )
