Quinoa Stuffed Peppers & Apples



Ingredients:

1 cup red quinoa,
1 glass of water,
1 handful of corn,
1 red pepper,
1 green pepper,
10 small peppers for filling,
5 red apples,
1 teaspoon herbal salt,
1 medium onion,
1 tablespoons olive oil.

Method:

1. Cut the capped capsicum, remove its inner parts and wash thoroughly in the water.

2. Repeat the same process by carving the inside of the apples. You can add a handful of apples peeled inner parts.




3. Cook quinoa in a glass of water. It should be al dente, not well-done!

4. Cut the onions, red and green and pepper into small pieces and cook them lightly in a pan with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of spice.



5.Then, combine the mixture with quinoa, and let's start to put it in the peppers and apples.



6. When the process is complete, close the lids and take a pot, cook for 15-20 minutes with a little water on the middle of the pepper for a few minutes. You can get a good result if you give it to the oven.
