Konjac Noodle w/ Plum, Pineapple & Chili Pepper


1 package konjac
1 medium purple plum
1 slice pineapple
1 medium chili pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A handful of walnut
Fresh mint or basil for topping.
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame


1. Remove the konjac from package. Boil in warm water for 2 minutes.

2. Cut plum, pineapple and plum into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a large pan and cook until fried or 4-5 minutes on high heat.

3. Mix with konjac and decorate with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
