Fresh Cowpea Beans with Asparagus


Materials:

500 gr fresh cowpea beans
200 gr asparagus
50 gr walnuts
100 gr broccoli
1 red pepper
1 tea spoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon herbal salt
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 piece of lime



Method:

1. Cut the stalks of cowpeas, asparagus, broccoli and red pepper and wash them.

2. Bake in steam all of them for 5 minutes.

3.Then pour over 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon himalayan salt and garlic.

You can serve hot or cold with walnuts and lime.
