Mexican Bean, Kiwi and Apple Maskolin Salad


A bunch of purslane, mizuna, lamb ear, leehan, parsley, carrots
2 soup spoon mexican bean
1 chili pepper
5 walnuts
1 kiwi
4 slices of beetroot
4 slices of sweet swedish pickles
1 medium size radish
1 green apple
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 soup spoon pomegranate sour
1/2 lime juice
1 sweet spoon capers

Once you have washed the greens thoroughly, let's take small pieces with the bamboo knife and place the tray in order not to lose the vitamin.
Then I'll add pickles, capers and beets. After that, let's wrap the green apples, chili peppers, kiwi, and mexican beans on top and walnut them. Lemon juice, olive oil and pomegranate syrup, thyme and serve with a vegan cracker.
