Raw Vegan Godafoss Pie


For the dough:

100 gr raw cashew,
100 gr almond meal,
140 gr dates,
2  tbsp coconut oil,
1/2 teaspoon salt.

For the caramel:

100 gr dates
2 teaspoons himalaya salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon agave syrup

For cream:

1 box (400gr) coconut cream
1/2 lemon juice
30 gr bitter chocolate, grated (optional)
A handful of frozen sour cherries

Let's weed out the dates and cut into small pieces.
You can make the pastry materials sticky by passing it through the blender. Let's make the Teflon distribute the mixture we have obtained to a tart vessel, spread it evenly, and let's flatten it, let's go to freezer.
Make the caramel material smoother by passing it through a blender. If it is too hard or too soft, you can add an additional date or coconut milk to make it thicker. It must be in the form of a jam that can be put on the dough. The tart is removed from the deep freezer. Spread it all over the dough and put it in the deep freezer again.

As the third layer, let's add the whipped cream.

Grind bitter chocolate, sprinkle it on the cream and cut the fruit into small pieces and place it on it. You can brush the lemon juice over the fruit to dry the cupboard. We will keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes until it gets hard, then we can serve it.
