Rice Pilaf with Tomato


Ingredients:

A handful of onion chives,
1 cup baldo rice,
4 diced tomato, in juice,
1/2 tbsp tomato paste,
1/2 tsp sea salt,
1 piece rosmary,
1 tbsp olive oil.



Method:

1. Heat oil , tomatoes, salt, and tomato paste in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add rice and onion chives, stir frequently until rice is golden.

3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat from medium to low.and simmer tightly covered until rice is tender.

4. Let stand off heat, covered about 10 minutes.

5. Fluff before serving. You can use a small bowl to firm it and garnish with rosmary.
