How to make vegan parmesan?


100 gr. Natural cashews,
100 gr. Nutritional yeast,
1/4 tea spoon garlic powder,
3/4 tea spoon himalaya salt.


1. Run all materials at high speed by throwing them into the blender.
2. Continue processing for 2-3 minutes. When you get a smooth result, your parmesan is ready!

Yes, that's it! You can keep it in the fridge, use it with salad, pasta, vegan toast and pizza.
