Spicy Affogato w/ Passion Fruit


150 gr. vegan bitter chocolate,
100 gr. raw cashew,
1/2 cup hot espresso,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 tbsp vanilla paste
100 gr. date,
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs.
1/2 cup soy milk,
Passion fruit sorbet ( you can use mövenpick sorbet or make your own ice cream.)


1. Soak cashews for 10 minutes in a boiled water. Strain, set aside.

2. Melt vegan bitter chocolate and line inside of glass or jar. Put it into deep freezer.

3. Place cashews, cinnamon, vanilla paste, dates and soy milk in the blender and mix on high until it is smooth.

4. Add the mixture top of chocolate and place in to freezer, chill for 1 hour.

5. Spoon passion fruit sorbet into glass. Sprinkle raw cacao nibs.

6. Pour 3 tbsp hot espresso, make sure it's hot before pour it in order to get best effect. Serve immediately.
