Chocolate Caramel Pie


Ingredients:

Crust:
1 cup peanut meal,
3 tbsp raw cacao powder,
4 tbsp coconut oil,
2 tbsp maple syrup.

Caramel sauce:

100 gr medjool dates
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp agave syrup

Chocolate Layer:
1/2 cup coconut milk,
100 gr. bitter chocolate

Method:

1. Mix all crust ingredients and place into the pie or cake tin. Press with your hands or a spoon. Place into deep freezer for 15-20 minutes.



2. Place all caramel ingredients in a blender , mix them on high until completely smooth.

3. Place caramel sauce onto the pie crust. Freeze for 20 minutes.



4. Stir together all chocolate layer ingredients in a small saucepan until chocolate have completely melted form.



5. Pour chocolate sauce over the caramel layer. Freeze until chilled.

6. Decorate with raw cacao nibs, coconut, banana or what you want.
