Hawaiian Salad w/ Pomegranate & Kiwi



Ingredients:

1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomagranade syrup
2 ret beet
2 kiwi
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 green apple
6-7 slice swedish pickle
Mesclun greens; Mizuna, rakula, violet, sour dock, lollo rosso, endive.


Method:

1. Wash mesclun greens and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

2. Whisk together lime juice, pomagranade syrup and olive oil in a bowl.

3. Add greens to dressing and toss to coat.

4. Garnish with ret beet, kiwi, apple, pickles and pomegranate seeds.
