Purslane & Strawberrry Salad



Ingredients:

70 gr. strawberry,
100 gr. purslane,
1 lemon juice,
A handful of walnut,
1 tbsp rice vinegar,
2 tbsp walnut oil,
1 beetroot,
A bunch of basil,
Salt & pepper to taste.



Method.

1. Wash purslane and strawberries.

2. Cut strawberries and beetroots into thin slices.

3. Place purslane, strawberries, basil and beetroots in a plate and add walnuts.

4. Dress with walnut oil, rice vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt & pepper if desired.
