Raw Bounty Slices




Ingredients:

Base:

3 cups almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flovur
2 tbsp agave syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut water

Middle Ground:

3 cups of shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave syrup

Topping:

3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder




Method:

Combine the base ingreditens and place to blender until mixture is sticky. After tramsfer the dough into pan,  press base until pan relatively flat and put pan into the deep freezer.
Put middle ground ingredients into food processor and poor over base and freeze. Stir topping ingredients until smooth. No heat required!  Pour chocolate mixture over the slice and spread evenly. Put into deep freezer up to 4-5 hours. When it firm, cut into slices.
