Raw Carrot Cake


2 grated carrot
1 grated red apple
1tsp cinnamon
A handful walnuts
1 tbsp unsweetned almond milk
1 tbsp rolled oats
80gr dates
1tbsp agave syrup

Red apple, halfed and 1 tbsp grated coconut for topping.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Place the mixture into the tart pie. Store in the deep freeze for up to 30 min. Serve with red apple slices and desiccated coconut.
