Summer Glow Buddha Bowl


6-7 damson plum,
2 banana,
1 cup strawberry,
1 large peach,
1 cup blackberry,
1 large pear,
100 gr. coconut cream,
1 tbsp maple syrup,
8 ml vanilla butter,
1 tsp coconut flakes.


1. Wash and remove the seed of fruits.

2. In a small bowl, stir together maple, vanilla, coconut cream and flakes. Place it in the middle of the buddha.

3. Cut the fruits in pleasing to the eye, line up into the buddha bowl.

4. Garnish with coconut flakes, sesame and walnuts if desired.
