Raw Vegan Limely Mango Pie



Ingredients:

Crust:

1 tbsp raw cacao,
100 gr. raw cashew,
150 gr. ripe dates,
1 tsp coconut oil.

Fillings:

1 lime juice,
1 ripe mango,
1 ripe avocado,
1 tbsp lingonberry powder,
Fresh mint leaves.

Method:

1. Place all crust ingredients into the food processor, mix on high until completely smooth.



2. Transfer crust in a pan, press and flatten with a spoon. Place deep freezer for 15-20 minutes.



3. Remove seed of mango and avocado. Place them into food processor, add lime juice and mix on high.



4. Pour mixture onto the crust layer.



5. Place deep freezer at least 2 hours.

6. Decorate with lingonberry powder and mint leaves.
