Creamy Macadamia Cheese


250 gr. raw macadamia nuts,
50 gr. raw cashew,
3 tbsp ( 9gr.) nutritional yeast,
75 ml unsweetned soy milk,
1 lime juice,
A pinch of salt,
1 tsp pesto sauce, (mixed fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts)
A pinch of fresh dill,
A pinch of dried oregano.


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor mix on high until completely smooth.

Note: No need to soak nuts before. I didn't use garlic or onion  You can add garlic powder if desired.
