Easy Colorful Salad


1 large radish,
1 ripe kiwi,
100 gr. provencal greens,
40 gr. mung bean,
1 red and green pepper,
2 tbsp soy sauce.


1. Wash greens and strain. Place a large bowl.

2. Bring to boil mung beans on high heat for 15 minutes.

3. In a large pan, saute cutted peppers in oil and soy sauce.

4. Transfer mung beans into the pan and mix until combined well.

5. Place mung beans over the greens.

6. Decorate with sliced radish and kiwi.
