How to Make Vegan Butter?


100 ml. unsweetned soy milk,
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast,
1 tsp sea salt,
200 ml. melted coconut oil,
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
200 ml. extra virgin olive oil,
2 tsp xanthan gum,
1/2 tsp turmeric.


1. In a bowl, whisk soy milk, salt and vinegar stirring with a fork and wait for 10 minutes.

2. Add melted coconut oil, olive oil, nutritional yeast, turmeric and xanthan gum.

3. Mix well until completely combined.

4. Pour mixture in to the silicon molds, pans or wrap in oily paper.

5. Place in to deep freezer for 1 hours.
