Nordic Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

Smoothie:
2 ripe frozen banana,
50 ml. unsweetned soy milk,
1 cup frozen blackberries,
2 tbsp quinoa powder.

Decorating:
7-8 raw cashews,
1/2 kiwi,
1/2 banana slices,
1 tbsp almond meal,
5-6 blackberries
1-2 piece of vegan bitter chocolate



Method:

1. Mix all smoorhie ingredients into a food processor, mix on high until completely smooth.

2. Transfer smoothie in a bowl and decorate with cashews, chocolate and fruits what you desired.
