Chesnut Bean Patties


1 cup blackbeans,
1/2 cup granule pea protein + 5 tbsp water
2 tbsp onion chopped,
1 tbsp nutritional yeast,
1 tsp salt and pepper,
1 tbsp parsley chopped,
1 tsp coriander,
1 cup chestnut flour.


1. Cover beans with water. Bring to boil on high heat for 20-30 minutes.

2. Place all other ingredients in a food processor and add beans.

3. Mix on high until smooth mixture. If it is so sticky and soft then add more chesnut flour and knead it.

4. Shape into small patties with your hands and press them.

5. Put the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until crispy on one side about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook another side until crispy.

6. Serve warm or cold.
