Doube Chocolate Chip Cookies


110 gr. vegan butter,
200 gr. coconut sugar,
1 tbsp cornflour mixed 1 tbsp warm water,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
100 gr. chocolate with raspberry,
100 gr. bitter chocolate chips,
1 tsp baking powder,
3 tbsp raw cacao powder,
100 gr. unsweetned coconut milk
185 gr. flour.


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. Mix vegan butter, coconut sugar, vanilla extract together until fluffy.

3. Add flour, cacao, coconut milk and baking powder until combined well.

4. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 40-45 minutes. Then add chocolate chips and mix well.

5. Roll cookie dough into walnut sized balls with a spoon and place 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

6.  Bake for 10 minutes but be careful not to overbake.
