Krishna Morning Smoothie Bowl



Ingredients:

Chocolate layer:

50 ml unsweetned almond milk,
3-4 kaki persimmom,
1 ripe banana.

Avocado layer:

1/2 ripe avocado,
1/2 lemon juice

Macadamia layer:

25 gr macadamia,
1/2 lemon juice,
1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
1 tsp maple syrup,
25 ml unsweetned soy milk,
A pinch of salt.


Toppings:

2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds,
1 tsp lingonberry powder,
1 tsp coconut flakes,
1 tsp raw cacao nibs

or your favorite toppings..



Method:

1. Place all chocolate layer ingredients in a food processor mix on high until completely smooth.

2. Place avocado layer ingredients in a blender mix on high until fluffy.

3. Soak macadamia nuts in warm water for 2-3 hours.

4. Then place all macadamia ingredients in a food processor mix on high until smooth.

5. Place chocolate layer mixture in a bowl.

6. Add macadamia layer mixture while giving a firm like moon.

7. Pour avocado mixture as a small moon firm with a small spoon .

8. Top with your favorite toppings.
