Raw Vegan Swedish Chokladbollar


1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
7-8 medjool dates
2 tbsp carob flour
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp espresso
3 tbsp coconut flakes


1. Make 1 cup espresso and set aside.

2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix on high until you get a smooth dough.

3.  Form the balls and roll them into coconut flakes, shredded chocolate or roll them in whatever you desire.

4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Serve cold!
