Almond Cookies


1 cup almond flour,
3 tbsp macadamia oil,
3 tbsp confectionery sugar,
3 tsp carob flour,
2 tbsp almond milk,
1tsp vanilla extract.

( you can use almond carob mix flour. )


1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

2.  In a large bowl, cream together confectionery sugar and macadamia oil.

3. Add all other ingredients and knead with your hands  until well blended well.

4. Open dough with a rolling pin. Give a shape with your hands or use a mold.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or cookies are lightly colored.
