Crispy Blueberry Granola

Ingredients:

50 gr. hazelnuts,
50 gr. pepitas,
50 gr. almonds,
30 gr. blueberries,
50 gr. cashews,
50 gr. walnuts,
2 tbsp maple syrup,
1 tbsp olive oil.
70 gr. rolled oats.

For the smoothie base:
1 ripe banana,
1 ripe kiwi,
1 tsp maca powder,
A handful of almonds.
20 ml. almond milk.




Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, crush all nuts and mix well.  Add blueberries.

3. In a small bow, mix olive oil and maple.

4. Pour mixture over the nuts.

5.  Place a parchment paper in to the baking pan.

6. Transfer nuts into the pan.

7. Bake for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.

8. Place all smoothie ingredients in a food processor, mix on high until completely smooth.

9. Pour mixture in a bowl or jam. Add granola, top with kiwi or banana.

10. Serve cold!


You add granola pieces into your daily smoothie bowl, it gives prefect flavour and soo satisfying!
