Oceanic Smoothie Bowl


1 tsp blue spirulina,
1 ripe banana,
1 tbsp maca powder,
2 tbsp cashews,
20 ml. coconut milk.

For decorating:

1/2 pitaya,
1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder,
1 tsp chia seeds,
1 tsp coconut desiccated,
5-6 pecan nuts.


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor mix on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour smoothie into the coconut bowl.

2. Dust a pinch of butterfly pea powder, give it a shape by the help of a knife.

3. Decorate with pitaya that are cutted by the miniature moulds. Add chia seeds, coconut and pecan nuts or top with your favorite toppings.
