Pecan Nuts Milk




Ingredients:

75 gr. roasted pecan nuts,
500 ml. water,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
A pinch of salt



Method:

1. Place pecan nuts and water in a food processor, mix on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Using a cheesecloth, strain milk in to a pot. ( Don't throw the pulp, you can make pecan flour with them.)



3. Add salt and vanilla extract into the strained milk. Stir well.

4. Pour mixture in a large jar.

5. Chill in the refrigerator. Whisk before serving!
