Medicinal Coconut Black Currant Smoothie


Serves 1,

Ingredients:

55 gr. fresh coconut meat,
1 dried fig,
4-5 fresh mint leaves,
1 tsp chia seeds,
1 tsp hemp protein,
70 gr. fresh strawberries,
40 gr. red currants,
2 small ripe banana ( 130 gr.),
1/2 tsp shatavari powder from pure raw ( optional)

Toppings:

2 small fresh mint leaves,
1 tbsp fresh coconut flakes,
2 tbsp fresh or frozen red currants


Method:

1. Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.

2. Pour into a medium bowl.

3 . Decorate with toppings.
