Seed Cracker


3 tbsp pepitas,
2 tbsp poppy seeds,
1 tbsp flax seeds,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tbsp sesame seeds,
1 tbsp almond meal,
1 tbsp coconut oil,
1 tbsp olive oil,
6 tbsp soy milk,
1 tbsp agave,
6-7 almonds,
1 tbsp oat meal,
2 tbsp chia seeds,
1 tsp oregano.


1. Place chia seeds into a small bowl, cover with soy milk. Place into freezer for 10 minutes or until get gelly texture. If you need, add a little more soy milk.

2. In a large bowl add all ingredients and gelly chia seeds and mix together well.

3. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees. Place a parcement paper onto the baking pan.

4. Transfer mixture onto the paper. Flatten out with a spatula.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes. Let it cool at least 10 minutes.
