Salty Oven Crackers


1 cup whole wheat flour,
1/4 cup sesame seeds,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 cup water,
1 teaspoon smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon thyme,
2 teaspoon yellow miso,
1 teaspoon sea salt.


1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients into the food processor, mix on high speed until combined well.

3. Pour mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and roll out until very thin. Cut into squares.

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Let it cool at least 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite plant based cheese!
