Quick Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsweetned peanutbutter, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp tamari, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 dsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, A pinch of salt.

4. Green Curry Sauce
Quick Ingredients: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 stems of lemon grass, 1 tsp ground coriander, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lime juice, A handful of spinach.

5. Spicy Cashew Sauce
Quick Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw cashew pre-soaked, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp paprika and red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice.

6. Cheesy Pesto Sauce
Quick Ingredients: 1/2 cup parsley, 1/2 cup fresh basil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp nutritional yest, 1/3 cup cashews pre-soaked, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, A pinch of salt.

7. Blue Avocado Sauce
Quick Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, 1 tsp blue spirulina, 1 lemon juice, 1/2 cup coconut milk, A pinch of salt.

8. Tahini Maple Sauce
Quick Ingredients: 2 tbsp organic tahini, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/3 tsp garlic powder, cayenne and chili pepper.
