Avocado Papaya Salad


100 gr. mesclun greens,

40 gr. baby spinach leaves,

1/2 ripe papaya,

1 ready-to-eat avocado,

1 tsp sesame seeds,

1 lime juice,

1 tbsp pomegranate syrup,

A pinch of thyme,

4-5 cherry tomatoes,

1 tbsp pepitas,

A handful of walnuts.


1. Wash and drain greens. Cut into small pieces, place them into the salad bowl or large plate.

2. Peek and seed papaya and avocado, cut into small cubes. In a small bowl, toss cubes with lime juice. Spread over the greens.

3. Cut half cherry tomatoes and walnuts, place on to the salad.

4. Pour pomegranate syrup.

5. Spread sesame seeds, pepitas, thyme and your favorite spices..
