Caffé Mocha with Cashew Milk


300 ml. homemade cashew milk,

30 gr. vegan chocolate melted + 10 gr. chopped to decorate,

1 medjool date pitted,

1 shot espresso



1.In a blender, combine hot cashew milk and date. Blend on high until creamy.

2. Using a double boiler, melt vegan chocolate and pour in a warm mug.

3.Gently stir in 1 shot of espresso. Top with shaved chocolate.
