Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

150ml. coconut cream,

230 gr. ripe avocado,

2 tablespoon cocoa powder,

3 tablespoon maple syrup,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

100 gr. dark chocolate,

1/2 cup raspberry,

2 teaspoon chia protein powder (optional)

Method:

1. Place peeled avocado into the food processor, mix on high speed until creamy.

2.Then add, cocoa powder, maple, vanilla and coconut cream ( Refrigerate a can of coconut cream overnight. Then scoop out only the hardened cream that has risen to the top). Mix on high speed until smooth.

3.Using a double boiler, melt dark chocolate. Then pour into the food processor. Mix well.

4.Pour mixture into small bowls. pop in the refrigerator to chill at least 1 hours. Serve with grated chocolate and raspberry or your favorite fruit.
