Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels,
1/2 cup fresh basil,
1 cup tomatoes,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
1/2 lemon juice,
1 teaspoon granule garlic,
1 teaspoon himalayan salt,
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Method:
1.Place all ingredients into the food processor, mix until completely silky smooth mixture.
2.Cook on medium heat until thickened. Add cherry tomatoes if desired.
Notes:
If you need more smooth texture, then strain using a stariner or cheesecloth.
If sauce is too juicy, then add 1/2 tbsp tomato paste.
