3 tablespoon vegan butter,
3 tablespoon flour,
2 cups oat milk,
3 tablespoon nutritional yeast,
250 gr. penne,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/4 teaspoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoon tamari + 2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets,
Fresh dill, salt and black pepper to taste.
1.In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add flour slowly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, continue to whisk until smooth.
2.Then add oat milk, salt, garlic, onion powder and nutritional yeast.
3.Turn heat to medium-low and cook until thicken.
4. Cook your pasta according to package and set aside.
5. Heat a larg skillet pan, add olive oil and tamari. Stir-fry broccoli florets on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Transfer broccoli florets into the sauce.
7. Add pasta into the pot.
8. Mix well together. Serve warm.
