Fried Noodle with Tahini and Seaweeds

Serves 2


2 packs fried buckwheat noodle or any noodle of your choice,

1/2 tbsp tahini,

5 gr. dulse, wakame, nori mix,

2 cups water,

2 tbsp lemon juice,

1 tbsp olive oil,

2 tbsp coconut aminos,

1 tbsp black sesame,

A handful of cherry tomatoes,

Edible flowers to decorate

A handful of endive.


1.Place noodles in a hot water, bring to boil until cooked. Strain and set aside in a pot.

2.In a small bowl, add some water, lemon juice and seaweed mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes then strain.

3.Add tahini, coconut aminos, sesame , seaweeds, and olive oil over the noodle, cook on medium heat for 1 minute.

4. Chop endive and divide tomatoes, toss with noodle. Decorate with flowers and serve!
