1 cup oat,
3 cups water,
1 probiotic capsule
Salt or sweetener if desired.
1.Soak oats in water for 20-25 minutes. Strain, discard the soaking water and place into blender.
2.Add 3 cups filtered water. Mix on high speed for 5-6 minutes.
3.Strain the milk using a cheesecloth, a strainer or a nut milk bag.
4.Store oat milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
5.Place pulp into the food processor add 1 cup filtered water. Mix on high speed until get smooth mixture.
6.Transfer mixture in a pot, on low heat cook until boiled. Mix well and let it cool at least 20 minutes.
7.Add probiotic capsule and whisk well.
8. Pour mixture in a glass jar. Cover with towel. Place jar into the dehydrator, turned on low. If you don’t have dehydrator, you can use yoghurt maker or place jar in the oven with the oven light on, and leave it overnight.
9. After 10-12 hours, taste your yogurt to see if it has that sour taste, and if not, leave it for a few more hours. Add salt or sweetener.
10.Store the yogurt in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Eat on its own, or use as smoothie bowl, with fresh fruits, nuts..
