How to make Vegan Irish Coffee?


2 tbsp whiskey,

1 tsp coconut sugar,

1 cup strong brewed coffee or double espresso,

1/3 cup whipped soy or coconut milk,

1/2 tsp vanilla extract,

1 tsp maple syrup (if desired)


1. Mix together coconut sugar, coffee, vanilla extract until they are completely dissolved in a glass.

2. In a bowl, Mix chilled plant based milk using by mixer on high speed until it forms stiff peaks.

3. Garnish with fluffy whipped cream and serve.
