Lucuma powder (Pouteria Lucuma), is called “The gold of the Incas,”. You may have never heard of lucuma before, because there is a ban on importing the whole fruit out of South America. Lucuma has a subtle maple syrup flavour with hints of butterscotch, sweet potato, mango and apricot!
