Marzipan Balls


100 gr chopped cashew 

1/2 tea cup coconut milk

150 gr dried figs

2 tsp cacao

3 tbsp coconut flour


For topping;

100 gr chopped nuts

100 gr bitter chocolate, melted

or  coconut flakes


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 

2. Roll the mixture into small bites into a round shape and cover with melted chocolate

3. Place on a glass plate spread evenly apart. 

4. You can put some nuts in the middle of it. Sprinkle with extra coconut or nut if desired.
