No Bake Energy Bars

Ingredients:

100 gr. peanut butter,

250 gr. pitted medjool dates,

50 gr. coconut oil,

150 gr. rolled oats,

40 gr. shredded coconut,

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds,

40 gr. chopped almonds,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

1 teaspoon cardamom,

1/8 tsp himalayan salt

Method:

1.Place dates and coconut oil into the food processor, mix on high speed until get date caramel.

2. Add all remaining ingredients into the food processor, blend until combined well.

3. Press the mixture into a square form of 20x20cm that is lined with baking paper.

4. Cover with baking paper, place into the fridge for 3-4 hours.
