200 gr. damson plum pitted ( measured after pits removed),
300 gr. tomato,
1,5 tbsp tomato paste,
1 jalapeno (12 gr.),
1 teaspoon garlic granule,
2 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoon olive oil,
Fresh basil leaves or parsley ( optional)
1. Place all ingredients into the food processor, mix on high speed until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture in a large pot. Bring to boil on medium heat until thicken.
