Protein Truffles

Ingredients:

140 gr. organic soft medjool dates ( measured after removed seeds)

2 tablespoon desiccated coconut,

1 tablespoon naturiga organic rice protein powder,

1 tablespoon naturiga organic maca powder,

1 tablespoon naturiga organic cocoa powder,

1 tablespoon agave syrup,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

3 tablespoon coconut oil,

1/4 teaspoon cardamom,

1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder,

2 tablespoon plant based milk,

1/2 cup hazelnut flour

Decoration: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, turmeric, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut.

Method:

1.Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth consistency.

2.Scoop out mixture, roll into small balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Mixture will be very sticky, wet or lightly coat hands with coconut oil to make it easier to manage.

3.Roll balls into coconut, sesame, turmeric, poppy seeds, cocoa powder or whatever you want.  Place truffles in the refrigerator for at least one hour to firm up.

(You will get for about 20-22 balls)
