1/2 cup soy milk,
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or mix nutmeg and cinnamon,
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee,
1 tsp maple syrup,
Cinnamon for sprinkling,
Ice cubes ( fill your cup to the top.)
1. In a large bowl, whisk maple, soy milk and pumpkin spice together.
2. Fill your cup with ice cubes.
3. Pour the half coffee.
4. Pour pumpkin spiced soy milk.
5. Pour remaining coffee until filled all the way.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
