Raw Lava Cake

5 tbsp maple
90g sprouted oat flour
70g almond flour
35 g coconut flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp water
A pinch licorice salt

1/4 cup hazelnut butter
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
A pinch licorice salt


1. Place all the dough ingredients in a food processor and process until combined well and becomes sticky.

2.Press dough into 6.5 cm silicone molds covering the bottom and sides of each mold. This recipe makes 2X 6.5cm cakes. Save some extra dough to cover the top once you filled the dough.

3.Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Divide chocolate filling in two mold and cover the top with the rest of cake dough. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4.Remove from the mold. Dust some raw cacao on top and serve.
