120 gram raw cashew,
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
5 tablespoon cashew milk,
3 tablespoon water,
1 teaspoon olive oil,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar,
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt,
1/4 teaspoon white pepper,
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder ( optional)
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno ( optional)
- Soak cashews at least for 4 hours.
- Drain and rinse them.
- Place into the food processor. Add all remaining ingredients.
- Mix on high speed until completely creamy.
- Place into the refrigerator at least for 2 hours.
